<p>11.5 (maybe 12?) mile speed/semi-long run early this morning in 1:25:23. Did the iPod Shuffle Workout -- one or two songs on (speed) followed by one or less songs off (recovery jog). Felt very strong in early sets but had tummy issues after half way, and although my pace was okay during the ON periods, I struggled through them far more than normal -- never recouped after. Went like this:</p>

<p>o 5:03 / 2:40</p>
<p>o 5:01 / 2:55</p>
<p>o 5:08 / 3:29</p>
<p>o 3:50 / 6:32 (tummy issues)</p>
