Heyas folks. Got in 6m run on the Tm last night, which was a record for me. Quads, knees and the right ankle were not at all happy with me last night, but things feel pretty good this morning. Whew!<br><br>
If anything, my biceps and abs are a little sore from starting my weight training on Wednesday! I'll probably revisit weight training this evening.<br><br>
Our house has been without internet access since 12/31, (details on the fun thread), so I've been falling behind on the threads here. Hope you guys are doing well, those injured heal quickly, and those fighting flu/colds have short durations!<br><br><b>QoD:</b> music wise- anything goes. I have 25 playlists on my Ipod as it is, and I'm sure more will come. You'll literally find anything in there from pop, 80's, alternative, metal, blues, funk, rap, and even a little bit of country. Some playlists have a theme (80's stuff, for example), others are created with "up and down" cycles. Others are things just thrown together just because I felt like it at the time.<br><br>
Okies.. gotta review last night's threads so I can see what's been happening around here!
