At least my legs seem to have recovered from my trail race last weekend.<br><br>

I opted for a rest day. It's a freaking steam bath out there and warm, and supposed to storm this afternoon too.<br><br>
I plan to get some good yoga in tonight and run long tomorrow.<br><br>

Rest day today. Got nothing planned tonight, so if its nice out I might go for bike ride. I don't know how much more outdoor cycling opportunities I have before its too cold.<br><br>
I have an easy weekend planned, and if the weather cooperates, I'm going to try a 5k on Sunday morning.

I ran on the Merrimack River Trail tonight. I had to take it easy because of the leaves that have fallen on the trail.<br><br>
