<p>1 mile carbo depletion sequence on the track. Jogged 600m in 3:12 as warm up then all out sprint 1010 meters in 3:50. Muscles got a good burn.</p>

<p>Hit McDonalds for a big mac and I am working on a quart of gatorade. I've finished packing and am heading out for a 3 hour drive to the marathon. Another snack on the road and some free (well, included in the entry fee) spaghetti tonight and I should be good to go tomorrow.</p>

<p>Weather says about 54 at the start, 64 at the finish. I wish it would stay under 60 but the trail is heavily wooded and I trained in the heat this summer, so not so bad.</p>
