Good morning, TEAM!

9- mile run early this morning with one other. Ran to his house, did a 5.5 mile loop, then ran home. Total distance was probably closer to 8.5. 1:07 round trip time. Still tons of branches down all over the place from the recent snow storm. Ornamentals (trees) took it hardest, as they are pretty weak as they are. Most split in half.

Slept in this morning since I am swimming at lunch today. Still have to look up the planned workout. Hopefully I'll get an empty lane like I did on Wednesday.

Warm/low 50s - Sunny and windy. Crawford/Grinnell to Powers turnaround to Amherst turnaround to Crawford/Upton/home. Short easy effort run. Ribs still hurt, but getting better. Stretching afterward.

35 minute run.

I ended up running my cooldown since it was too cold to actually cool down outside. so really it was a 38 minute run. in any event, the wind was pretty brutal out there tonight.

Work + Life screwed me out of a workout again. Had to start work early and fly in last moment for DS1's orthopedic appointment. Likely no permanent damage to the knee but there is still a small chance the ACL has suffered some damage so we go back in 2 weeks to see. Rest for a week for him.
