<p>Computrainer class this morning.  We did a warm up then 21 x (1 minute at 110% ftp @ 50-60rmps, 1minute rest).  Overall about 90 minutes of pedaling.  That was a workout they took from Chris McDonald.</p>

<p>Probably an easy run later.</p>

<p>Nothing today - but I am going to take DW and Boys to see HP7 tonight - 1st day of release over here so 2 and a bit hrs of popcorn and other sugary crap - but its only once in a while and I know that the Cinema will be sold out so hopefully great atmosphere.</p>

<p>Probably not doing anything today either except spend time with the family seeing some sites in Arizona.  I did get in a 28 mile ride yesterday, partially on the Beeline Highway.  I can't believe how flat and fast the roads are, I was flying and barely putting in any effort.  I hope that is a sign of good things for Sunday.</p>

<p>I do plan to head to Ironman Central to have an ART doc work on my elbow.  It seems to have gotten better, but but I just want to make sure.</p>

<p>Nothing yet today...DH and I did the P90X Plyometric workout last night and I'm pretty sure the people on the video were trying to kill me. ha! It really was fun...and I like that DH and I can do it together. Probably going to do a short run and one of the upper body workouts later. Then out for a b-day celebration with some friends tonight!</p>

<p>Another 4 easy miles w/ 8x20sec strides.  I am kind of getting tired of heading out for a short run - still requires some amount of time to get ready and get cleaned up afterwards, ya know.  Looking forward to getting this half marathon out of my way this Sunday and getting back to mtbking in the woods.     </p>

<p>7 miler at lunch today. It was cold. It was windy. But it took me away from work for a while so it's all good.</p>

<p>Rest day for me today, although it didn't feel all that restful.  Along with securing an office lease (still not done) and getting price quotes on a crapload of computer stuff, I have 175 clients to track down and get in touch with.  I managed about 6 today.  Long way to go.</p>

<p>Ran 62 minutes this morning.  Flew from BOS to ORD.  Am now at Argonne National Labs waiting for our data collection time at the Advanced Photon Source to start.</p>

<p>30 minutes of strength training. Almost done with my last grad course project for the term. Just have to do a final edit and make sure all of the citations and references are correct. Then I can enjoy the weekend and get caught up on all of my normal stuff. The laundry monster is taking over!</p>

Played in the pool with Eli for a half hour. He even went all the way under and didn't cry! A very good time. Even better, the pool knocks him out like crazy. We hadn't even left the Y and he was sound asleep!

<p>A friend wanted me to join her at a Pilates class so we did a basic semi private class at my old gym.  It was okay but really, Pilates isn't my cup of tea.  I jumped on the treadmill for 35 minutes including a little bit of speedwork.  I was quickly reminded why I dislike running indoors.  Even with tunes and tv it was so boring!</p>
