Today's plan was 9 miles, but I had to go to a confirmation, and that killed that.<br><br>
Tomorrow the plan is 5 recovery miles, but since I'm not recovering from anything, i think I might alter the plan slighty. I think I might do the 9 miles (10 miles actually), with the first 5 at a general aerobic pace, and the second 5 at a recovery pace.<br><br>
I am also debating repeating week #2 due to the bonk I had the other night, and the fact that I missed tonight's run. Not sure yet. We'll see.
