Mud, mud, glorious mud!
Nothing quite like it for cooling the blood.
So follow me, follow, down to the hollow,
And there let us wallow in glorious mud!

Meri... all the best in your mud fest!

Hey, two days of lyrics in a row!

13.1 miles at about a 9:45 pace. Cold. Slippery. Pokey.

Have good ones all.
Good luck Meri!

7 miles of easy trails today, about 65 minutes but it was too nice a day to worry about time, just to soak up the views in the winter sunshine. 10k on Sunday, forecast is for rain, rain and more rain. Just as well I like running in the rain
Meri - and to all the other racers this weekend...good luck and have fun.

Still sick. Mama EQ is convinced I have the flu.

Obviously no run.

Someone run a few miles for me.

Have a good weekend.

Slack day, slept in until 6:15am. I think my body still won't accept getting up everyday at 3:45am. Every once in a while I get this fatigue I can't shake unless I sleep in a bit. So, today I listened and slept in.
Another rest day, coughing and sneezing, and husband asking me to give one good reason that I didn't call the doctor back to let him know I wasn't getting better.
About 5 hours of skiing, and we took it a bit easier today. Very few black runs, though we did get into the trees a bit today. My legs were trashed. I have a hammie that's tighter than a rubber band. Try making turns on that!
