I got up - 49F - light or no breeze - So what do I do?<br><br>
Went to the YMCA and ran on the treadmill <img alt="confused.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/confused.gif"><br><br>
I wanted to do a specific workout - May the weather gods forgive me.<br><br>
12 miles with 4 x 1 mile - I did these progressive starting @ 10.3 MPH on each. The last 2 I kept ramping up speed during the mile interval - between 10.3 and 11.1 MPH - Fun -Fun- Fun on the TM.<br><br>

Originally Wausau - Now Neenah - But due to winters I have come to enjoy treadmill running - I usually hit it once a week and do the rest outside. My treadmill record is Dec 24th 2005 - 31 miles in @ 3:40.

It took me 3 treadmill hours just to get to 18 miles. <img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif">

It wasn't perfect running weather here in NC, so I opted for the YMCA treadmill. I felt strong today during my 6 miles. Good run.<br><br>
40 minutes of power yoga this afternoon -- my legs were jello after a massage.

Started outside today with Easy's inaugural run in the jogging stroller. We only did a mile, because he was getting a little antsy, and I want him to learn to love it. Then 4 miles on the treadmill.<br><br>
21 minutes on the stationary bike after that.

6.8 easy miles today outdoors. Temp was 10C but there was a middling breeze in my face for the first half.<br><br>
Flounder, in spite of my avatar (20 miles at -26C) I do a fair number of days on the TM in the winter. I have found it much easier on the legs, hence I put in a bit more time when TMming it. Have you noticed the same thing?

8.3 miles today, at lunch time because I didn't set the alarm last night.<br><br>
5x a 1.3 mile loop that crossed the Bow River, climbed McHugh Bluff (90-100 feet in less than a quarter of a mile), and descended via the Centre Street Bridge. Then an out and back to and from work.

Plan tonight was 13 miles medium long run. I did 13.3 miles.<br><br>
I was going to repeat the hills, but came across a snake on the trail. I hate snakes. Even though it was just a garter snake, I decided to avoid him a 2nd time.<br>
Instead I repeated the section from the start to the first water pumping station.<br><br>
