<p>Just under a 4.5 mile run with the hubby.  Slightly slower than last time I ran with him but still under a 10 minute mile which for me has been a big improvement.  Sticking with the VFF's has also been a big positive for my running.  Overall, I felt awesome finishing up and am looking forward to tomorrow's bike ride and then some baking and cooking for Sunday BBQ.</p>

<p>Knee PT this morning was first time that it didn't hurt AT ALL.</p>

<p>I could put just about the same amount of pressure on the right as on the left.</p>

<p>early morning bike ride from the Y this morning.  Weather was very nice.  Route was one of our standard ones but we did it in the reverse direction.  Road is worse on that side so we will not be doing that again.  forgot the computer but I think the distance is about 17.  have a great weekend.</p>

<p>Bike commute day - 16.9 miles in (had a flat), 18.5 at lunch along the coast, 10.8 home for 46+ miles on the day. Looks like it'll be a damp ride home.</p>

<p>Not feeling much energy today - plus back's a bit sore from yesterday's street hockey (shouldn't have tried to keep up with the young guy there).</p>

Warm/upper 70s - Sunny and very windy. Crawford/Puckett/Security/Kiva/Fontaine/Grinnell/Crawford/Upton/home. Short slow easy effort run. Saving the hard effort for the race tomorrow. Stretching afterward.</p>

Was going to take DOR but I just didn't like the way I rode the race course the other day so I decided to go back to ride just the last 3rd of the course. Handled it much better and felt more comfortable . I'm ready to go <img alt="smile.gif" class="bbcode_smiley" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">. Have a great weekend!
