5.35 miles in 44:31. Legs were a little heavy for the first couple miles but loosened up nicely.

90 min run at the park. It is 63F out and I saw three seperate runners in tights, long sleeves, and one with mittens, WTF?

Taught pilates and then ran 5 around the riverfront neighborhood feeling strong and energized.

8 miles at o'dark thirty this morn<br><br>
WHEY humid, but at least the temp was only 65 [and obviously, no sun to worry about]

3 miles on the path. it was humid as hell!! i knew it was probably wasnt a good idea to run right after it rained on an 85 degree day, but its the only time i had today....<br><br>
even though i felt like i couldnt breath, i still felt relatively strong!

I ran on the trail tonight. I did the regular ten plus the add on to the boathouse and back.<br><br>
