small group ride before work this morning of about 20 miles. We only had 5 riders but it was a good ride. Rain overnight left a lot of stuff on the road so it was getting kicked up by the tires. have a great day.

Did 45 on the computrainer this a.m. 5 simulated hill climbs for 3 minutes each plus some drills and warm up and cool down. Never got in the strength workout last night. Did laundry instead. Yes, too exciting for words.

DOR for me. Heading to Findlay, OH for my first Oly. Forecast calls for 60% chance of thunderstorms before 11am and wind gusts up to 30 mph.

Did a 5m run with the kiddos in the stroller this morning...hoping to sneak in weights later this afternoon. To keep the littles entertained, had to bring extra snacks, take several "secret paths" around the neighborhood, stop at the store for new crayons, say hi to the horses, and go home through the "forest" (nearby park). Something tells me these stroller ride runs are coming to an end. Sigh.

Basic daily run. I definitely have some kind of cold or something. Not a great time as I have races to do. The hilly 10 miler on Sunday will be extra tough if I can't breathe well. It is what it is though and I'll have to make the best with what I have.

Warm/upper 60s - Sunny and very strong winds. Crawford/Puckett/Security/Kiva/Fontaine/Grinnell/Crawford/Upton/home. Short easy effort run. I definitely have the crud. Stretching afterward.
