DOR. Nothing but cleaning the bike, packing the tri bag, and laying low today. Tomorrow's race should be good 'ol fun - doing it with 2 of my best friends, my cousin and her family, and a bunch of people who did the Catalina Eco Marathon. Looking forward to a great day!

OWS swim this a.m. for me with the hubster and gatorgirl. Luckily I had a bad feeling about the weather that I listened to and got out after 1/2 mile. We were out about 10 or 15 minutes before the thunder started.

Daily run.

Took my son and his friend to the park so they could ride their longboards on the paved trails. Longboards are skateboards about as long as a small snowboard. They're designed to be ridden fast and make carving turns. I think they rode about 7 miles while I ran. Good times!

Hot/mid 80s - Sunny and light wind. Ran an out and back from America the Beautiful Park on the Pikes Peak Greenwat trail. Easy pace.
