90min on treadmill, 65min steady z2. footing sucks out here and apparently it's still dark at 5am. Dangit. Black Ice and Black Sky don't match.

Then doughnuts for dads... except I don't do doughnuts. Not until I'm under goal weight. So I hung with the kiddos and had a bagel chunk and then got to visit their classrooms for a half hour each. Really sad seeing how few dads were in my kids' classrooms. I mean there was maybe 3-4 in one (with 20+ kids) and 5 in the other (with 24+ kids). One little guy (2nd grade) was bawling his eyes out. Felt so bad. Several other very sad kids too (ones without dads there). I'm sure most of their dads were working, but it's really sad regardless. Either they couldn't or wouldn't take the morning off. Reminds me how blessed I am to have a flexi-schedule. Remind me of that when I'm up at 2am some night dealing with a client server down.

Then off to PT where my PT proclaimed, loudly, "I have applied more pressure and harder application of technique to you than anyone else in my 16 year career... and you still didn't cry uncle". Well, I cried, just on the inside. Holy shit it hurt. But it works. So do it. Breaking up scar adhesions and stretching PSOAS and hip flexors and glutes and all the good running stuff.

Seems like we found something awesome monday though... L4 vertebra wasn't moving, rest were. Well... that's where hip flexors and some other stuff attach. Which is what is tight. Guess where my back pain has been for years? yeah. When to chiro, made him crack it. That's the first time EVER in 10 years of seeing that Chiro he's gotten any lumbar movement. I have had no noticable pain since. Freakin COOL.

Then 20min weights/core.

Holy crap I'm tired. I need a vacation. Good thing. Going tommorow (but my bike is too!)
