<p>Jebba - Great job yesterday going round and round and round.  I don't know how you do it.</p>

<p>Me - I have today off work.  So I slept in this morning and still up by 6 a.m.  I am going to wait until it warms up and go for a bike ride outside.  I have had the bike off the trainer in weeks.  It will be nice to get outside.</p>

<p>I am receiving a 12 hour shift to celebrate this Friday the 13th...  Only plan on doing a mile today anyways. Looking forward to a nice 12 on the trails tomorrow with some friends. </p>
