<p>After numerous delays, I finally made it to the gym. I forgot how HOT the fishbowl gets later in the day. Uggg.... Quite happy with the workout. WU 500, MS 5x100 20sec rec, 250 rec, 5x100, CD 250. Sunday is my long steady and I strongly suspect I'll be close to 48:00. Still slower than an half dead slug, but it's about what I was doing a couple years ago--much better than times I've been turning in since.</p>
