Good morning, TEAM LIT!

Back to reality (work) for me. Ughh. At least it's only a one day week. Maybe time to do something about it.

Yoshi: Great workout yesterday. Keep up the good work.

4+ mile run early this morning in a cold drizzle just above freezing. Quite different from running in 60 degrees with shorts and having to take your shirt off half way.

Great day, y'all!

Oops. Miss typed that. Meant to say that half way through the run I would take my shirt off completely, not that I would take my shirt off half way.

Would have ditched the shirt all together but, well, I didn't know how warm it really was until I got a mile in. Felt cool to start. But within a mile in the drier conditions than I'm used to, I'd take the shirt off (all the way!).

Silly wordsmith I am!

BTW, NICE swim for you.

I offered to let someone else lead the 3x100s today, so it was nice swimming in the bubbles. Thanks.

Snow day today means no school. Yet another day in June to make up. I decided it would be fun to have Tony H kick my a$$ so I did p90x chest and back. (I haven't done any p90x in months) My arms are going to be screaming tomorrow.

An hour on the trainer this am for me.

Had my post op follow up today and the doc was literally shocked at how well I was doing and seemed really surprised that I hardly took any pain pills. I was surprised that I was so shocking to him.

Have a great day everyone for what is left of it and a great weekend.

Welcome back the reality Thor. I can't wait to head to FL for a warm weather in a few weeks.
Cak - impressed with your consistent swim practices. Bet these will pay good dividends come the race season.

6 miles on wet sloppy pavements with DH. Mizuno I wear is light but lacks in protection I think. My feet were soaking wet. Luckily it was in mid 30's. legs weren't as heavy as I had expected them to be from the yesterday's tough workout. (thanks Thor your kind words) I felt it though as soon as the ground tipped upwards..... I'm on my way to 60+miles this week. May hit all time high , will see.
