To paraphrase Han Solo "NEVER tell me the temperature!!!" ... I knew it was gonna be 20-ish or thereabouts, so prepared as such. Truthfully, with no wind to contend with, there isn't really much noticeable difference between 20° and 14° ... In the dark and with the snow around, it STILL feels like running on the moon ... well except for the trees and roads and houses and such all around; plus there's the gravity thing.

Anyway I kinda overslept [yeah, ten-of-six is WAY oversleeping here] so planned to only do three. At the mile and a half turn, however, I realized that - it being Friday - I didn't have to iron anything for work today, so I could use that time to randy an extra mile out for myself.

4 miles run = 16 points Team Three

1hr 25min cross-country skiing = 28 pts. cardio for Team 2
