Friday Fun 5-20-2011

<p><strong>(((((((((((((((((GOON)))))))))))))))))))</strong> - I have been thinking about you all morning.  Keep on keeping on.  You are doing the right thing.  And don't think DS doesn't notice you are one of the only parents visiting every night.  It is important and I totally second <strong>winter.</strong></p>

<p>I have been completely swamped at work.  Had a ton of motions due today and expected to be at work until the wee hours last night.  Then the judge entered an order changing all of our deadlines to next Friday!  Woot!  I was literally doing the happy dance in the hall yesterday.    I still have a ton of work to do, but now it is 10-12 hour days - not 20.  Whew.</p>

<p><strong>NOT FUN:</strong>  FIL is coming into town tonight to stay for the weekend.  We haven't seen him in FOUR years.  Needless to say, I am stressed out.  DH is very stressed out too.  Fortunately DSes are supah excited.  Hopefully FIL won't be a total flipping douchecanoe, but I don't have high expectations.  He was supposed to come in February, but bailed that morning because he had a head cold and did not want to get on a plane (even though he travels ALL.THE.TIME).  Hopefully he'll show this time.  Gah.  Anyone want to come meet me for a glass of wine before I have to go home tonight? </p>
