Friday Fitness 6.10.11

<p>6 miles this morning.  Run went fine, and then my blender exploded my smoothie all over me as I was rushing to get out the door on time for work. </p>

<p>Somehow, it didn't frustrate me as much as piss me off.  That was a good smoothie <span style="font-size:8px;">from what I could tell sucking some up off the counter with a straw and wiping it off my face.  <span style="font-size:12px;">Most of it is still on the counter because I had to get changed and out the door or I'd be late for work.  Can't be late when you have a homeroom. </span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:8px;"><span style="font-size:12px;">I'll likely bike later today.  Wish me luck with the pedals in traffic. </span></span></p>

<p>Like Bob, I made yesterday a rest day.  WAY too hot out there to do the workout I was scheduled to do.... so I set the alarm for 5 a.m. and did it this morning instead!  Now I am so ravenous I'm about to start gnawing on my arm. </p>
