<p>10:13 am (EST) and no thread has been started? Man, we either are all out busting our butts fitness wise, or are seriously slacking on the boards!</p>
<p>30 minutes on the bike and little miss evil for me this morning.</p>

<p>Little Miss Evil told me this morning that she isn't training after this month, so I have to reevaluate what I'm going to do. I'm currently reading the Run Less, Run Faster book thinking I would use it to train for the Indianapolis Women's Half in September. Maybe I'll just focus on that for the summer and then look at whether to find another trainer then. Of course, I have to get through the next half before I worry about that half. Right? </p>

<p><strong>Amy</strong> - you can definitely start thinking about the next half now! <span><img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"> I started reading that book too, but haven't finished it and haven't incorporated much from it. I think <strong>Jill</strong> was a big fan of it and may have incorporated some of the stuff from it into her training.</span></p>

<p>I got 8.5 miles with 25 minutes tempo done, pilates done and 3 blog posts done. Guess I better quit screwing around and actually do some work. <span><img alt="biggrin.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/biggrin.gif"></span></p>

<p><span>I thought about <strong>Brandy</strong> while running today. I'm SURE that that huge weight loss is gonna pay off big time for you on your running this year. You smoked the Earth Day HM and that was so early in the season. So excited for you! </span></p>
<p>Morning all! I got myself a glorious 12.2 miler in this morning in really perfect conditions, lots of sun, a tiny hint of crispiness in the air and a big blue sky! Felt completely at ease and enjoyed every step. Hoping for more of the same tomorrow with <strong>Missy</strong> (and maybe <strong>Alexis</strong>!)<br>

<p>Today was 45 minutes on the bike and then 15minutes of running. This bike/run brick felt much better than the last one. </p>

<p>Got some ART work done, and surprisingly nothing on the legs. I guess a combo of 1) not abusing the lower half too much these days and 2) getting old and creaky in the upper body parts. Gonna' enjoy a slow long walk to the ferry after work today</p>
