TGIF! I managed to haul myself out of bed for 6 miles. Felt like I was dragging the bed. Temps in the low 60s... winter's coming :)

RA- can't wait for low 60s runs

zrun- good luck w/ the run later

Yesterday I managed to get in a tempo after work on the TM. Did 5 total w/ 4 @ 7:06 pace. Felt OK, considering I got up early the day before, had a terrible run w/ the group, then got forced to work a 12 hour shift, all with no rest.

Today I got out for an easy 4 in 34:11. The temps were much nicer here (73*), I hope the lows stay around that for the race next weekend.

Hey gents,

Nice to hear of cooler temps. DW says we've got them in DC too. Looking forward to that because NC is still in the soup. Boarding the flight home in a few minutes.

Most likely nothing for me today due to travel. 30 minutes elliptical last night. It's back to that and walking for me again.

Time to board. enjoy the rest of Friday all.

easy 4m for me after work on the trail and yes the weather is wonderful here in pa too. Warm enough you get a good sweat going but cool enough to keep it pleasant. I love these temps but like RA says... winter is around the corner YUCK!
