Hello all, don't feel guilty Tamster. I think I like this place better too, and besides, it's nice to be on page one here on the left coast . 2nd rest day in a row for me, as I'm going to start my 1 day H2C Training program ™ tonight. That would be 2 AM 5 mile run, then listening to 3 hrs.of Eddie Vetter and/or Soundgarden while laying half nekkid on the living room floor, followed by 7 mile run in woods at dawn, followed by The Simpson's movie, followed by another 5 miles in the heat of the afternoon. That should do it.

I'm driving my wife into town this morning for her first day back at her office since the successful removal of herniated disc C4 and insertion of new disc and patch last week. If she's up to staying at her office for 2 hours, I'll get in a workout at the gym.

See you guys later.

No offense on the Eddie Vetter / Soundgarden, but my tastes lean toward more bluesy R & R, but I'll be in a van with a bunch of 40 something PNWer's, so when in Rome ..........
