Lots of good stuff happening on the board, happy to see things more active again!

@AdCo - I was still pretty sore myself yesterday. I looked funny walking up and down stairs. I'm walking normal today but I know that it will take 2 to 3 weeks for me to be fully recovered, even if I'm feeling almost normal by the end of this weekend. And yes, get out on your bike and spin. Getting blood flowing to those muscles will help in the recovery. You don't want to push too hard, the muscles need to recover from the damage you've done, but active recovery is a good idea.

@Yoshiko - can't wait to see what you do on the new bike! Rip 'er up!

@TT - glad you're staring to feel like yourself again!

@Hobey - Thanks, that made me smile. Almost as much as the Blackhawks beating the Canucks 5-0! Has the panic set into the PNW yet? And nice job on the workout, you're going to kill Eugene!

@RonBo - hope that you get buried in work, I think that's a good thing when you're a small business owner.

@Cake - Don't feel pressured to come back too soon. Okay, my coach would probably tell me the same thing. Those blisters on your toes are badges of honor from Boston!

@Otter - nice job on the run yesterday!

Okay, I had functional strength class this morning. Haven't been in about six weeks. Completely kicked my ass. I didn't go down as far into my squats and lunges as I normally do since I was still sore from Boston, but the upper body work and core work killed me too. I really need to regularly incorporate that into my training since I'm not doing it every Friday now.

Masters swim this afternoon, I'll take it easy.

Save the planet, tri-peeps!
