<p>Another hot day here today, and I'm still in rehab mode. So I am hoping to take up Jebba's advice from earlier in the week and hit the fishbowl sometime this afternoon. That is, if I can get away from the office, where a bunch of issues are snapping at my heels like that turtle Loopy saw. <img alt="" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/huh.gif" title=""> If I can escape, I'll try to put in 40-45 minutes of consistent laps, for however many yards/meters that is.</p>

<p>zrun - nice little run. I don't mind running in light rain. Heavy downpours can get a little tiresome after a few miles though.</p>
