3rd run, TW?? Very cewl!!!

And I'm almost envious.

Morning, KS.....humid here too. TO does get incredibly sticky each summer. Have a good week at camp.

Got to the gym before work for 30 min of spin and core/abs/hips/calf strength stuff. Looked for all the world like a silly kid doing the skipping plyometric drills down the back hallway... complete with a stoopid grin on my face.

DH and I plan to go see Super 8 tonight.

Will hit the trail tomorrow for a short one.... can hardly wait!!!!

Have a terrific weekend everyone!!

Morning all.....Nice 10 breezeless, low humidy miles Ks....enjoy your week away, hopefully better weather where you're going.

Hooray & moo ha ha for TW

Be careful on that trail run Heme, I'm pretty sure your PT would want you to rehab on FLAT surfaces though. (Hey, I never listen to advice either and would do the same thing you are). Don't do anything to injure that "calf development" though

6.2 miles in the woods today, feeling quite refreshed after yesterday's "rest" day. (Ha, 14 hour day at work, with 11 of 'em on my feet). I'm on target for my first 30 mile week and 100 mile month since end of March.

Heme - u r a delight! Keep on smiling.

Johnny, now who's working too hard?

14 miles this morning in very light drizzle and mist, around 60F, jtwili. 8:20 avg pace, with a strong 2nd half. Afternoon golf with the boss was postponed due to threat of rain, so I'm actually working. (groan) I was so mentally prepared for hookey today.

Hi Johnny.... I'll definitely be sticking to the really tame bits, and will steer clear of the mountain bike trails.

Hi Mike.....BTW I did get to the Beachcomber in Wellfleet last week and snarfed down a plate of fried clams. Unfortunately it was pouring rain when we were there, so ate inside, and we left before the band started. Cool place!
