<p>9.5mi with meetup.com runners... solid bunch of runners today, and a big group ( 8 ) ... avg 8:45min/mi with some hills.</p>

<p>vertical horizon is playing at the post-race concert at pf chang's marathon in january... in case anyone needs any extra incentive to join me in that lovely january paradise race!  that race has everything you want and everything you need...</p>

<p>I ran 3 miles with MrC who just got home from the airport this afternoon and it's my 2nd run this week with temps in the 70s.  That's warmer than the mornings I ran in all summer.  Looks like a beaut of  a weekend on tap.</p>
