Good luck at your race tomorrow BTY.

Happy marathoning KS

My hay is all in the barn too except my ankle feels like I stepped on a bear trap!! It will loosen up fine for the race but I will probably pay for it next week.

Mike, I am always torn between running on the uneven terrain to get a better workout in or the smooth roads to get a faster workout in for the log. I try to do a little

of both.

Glad you weren't in any of the destruction paths TW.

There has always been an Indian legend about the town I live in that it will never get hit by a tornado. About 25 years ago, a tornado demolished the next town over and

was heading right towards us. Two miles out of town, it lifted up and went away. I'm a believer.
