<p>Tammy, you're right about the crying in the crate at night. Maddy is still biting a lot so now in puppy class we have learned how to say "ow" in a loud, exaggerated way. Honeybee does her own version of that when she's had enough.</p>

<p>I had a good run yesterday but my HR is way higher than I would like during an easy run and my legs feel trashed so I'm enjoying a rest day. I will run my relay leg easy tomorrrow. Good luck to the racers!</p>
