Well I definitely will be doing some core stuff and others to try and supplement my incredibly low runnign scores for the VRAA that starts today. <img alt="icon_cheers.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/icon_cheers.gif"><br><br>
Well calves are still nice and tight...I always seem to run out of time to roll them with the Stick so I think tonight I'm definitely going to make some time for that plus like 15 minutes so I can give them a nice little deep tissue massage. If only I could go and get an actual massage. Most likely very easy practice before we help out at the junior high meet. Next week I am unsure of what to do. We have a meet on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. I think I'll probably do the 1600/3200 on Monday, do whatever feels comfortable in the 1600/3200 at the home meet on our crappy asphalt track, and go for some good times on Thursday once again.<br><br>
