I ran 12 miles for the first time last Sunday...the first two were stiff and the last two were just plain hard but the 8 in between were bliss.<br><br>
DOR on Monday and Tuesday's 4 miler just plain SUCKED! So I took Wednesday off.<br>
I did 2.5 Hills yesterday because I was pressed for time.<br>
Tonight I'll attempt another 4 miles.
