Richard -- congratulations!
Today I didn't have much time so I did 15 mins rowing and 15 mins on this new bike at the gym called "espresso". It was a lot of fun but my butt muscles are sore now.

Have a great weekend,
Hey shoebuster...I am Phill

I know Richard from the daily run reports...it is way to crowded for my little runs to be of any importance...so I was hoping I could start posting here. I still post over there everyonce and a while, but I thought I would come check out you guys.

I am training for the Shammrock Shuffle 8K in Chicago on March 30. I am at 12 mpw right now. I was up to 25 or so back in Noverber, but then i had a ITBS attack. My wife is an elite runner, so I am pretty much engulfed in the lifestyle...which I love.

I am sitting at 213ish now...I am actually trying to get under 200 lbs...but that last 20 is killing me. I started running in Feb of last year...not sure of the exact day. I have lost around 70 lbs since Sept 06'.

Anyway I lookforward to telling you about my aches and pains and my sometimes slow trots...although my speed is increasing.

I did not run today, just did 100 pushups throughout the day...I started this on Tuesday...and today is day two of it...it is tough...I am going to try to get to where i can do 100 without stopping.

Tomorrow is a long run...5 miles...not super long, but i am rebuilding my miles slowly this time...

See you Tomorrow.
