Morning temp starter Mike....you've done a bang up job of holding down the fort in Ks' absence and a nice run for ya today too.

As for me, I'm going to enjoy a total rest day, no run, no work, no hiking. Have done at least 1 of the aforementioned 3 every day for the last few weeks. Tomorrow AM however, I'll try to crank out 10-12 or so, maybe even get up early and drive into town and run on a paved road. Haven't done that in a few weeks.

Have a nice holiday weekend all

Hi Mike! Nice run to start out the day!

This morning would have been great conditions to run in here also - nice and cool out. But I lazed in bed and then woke up at 7:00 and hurried thyself up to get to work. it's a shorts and flip flops day for me though. Instead, I'll get in a run after work, on the trails at home, where it'll be cooler in the shade then the 88 degrees forecasted.

and will have to get in a long run tomorrow morning before DH and DS head to the race track for the weekend. They'll spend the night there, so I'm on FT puppy duty this wknd. Anxious to get some sort of large fenced area built for them, so we can leave the house more. I don't like to crate them for any more than a couple hrs and always time it while they are sleeping.

hope everyone has a nice and safe 4th of july weekend!

Good evening or morning to the early risers.

Woke up thursday with severe stomach cramps but with part of the parents roof torn off I had to try to get some work done. Started about 6:30 and made it to 1:30 before I had to lay down for a while. Back at it until 9:30 when I had to quit because of darkness. Suffered until 2:30 am when my stomach finally went in reverse. Not sure but a trip to the dentist may have been involved or I picked up a random virus somewhere. Felt great at 3:30 am so I was back up on the roof at 10 am to get most of it finished up today. Needless to say I didn't get any workout in the last couple days.

Welcome back KS and OM
