3 miles of hills for me. It felt good. I've read the hill workouts help you with speed. Have a good day.<br><br>

3 miles this morning. I was out before the sun came up, and got to watch a little bit of a meteor shower.<br><br>

Day of rest. I weigh in tomorrow but though I did really good this week I'm not getting a warm and fuzzy from the scale so far. I'll be sure to post it anyway. Tomorrow I run 4 or 5 and its supposed to be a bit warmer for it. YAY!

Igot 2 mile walk in this morning with the dogs and a 6 mile run tonight... maybe get another walk in tonight will see.. Enjoy your weekends and long runs everybody

I broke my rule on day # 1 of VRAA - Only to run 1x a day - But running points are the easiest to get<br><br>
14 this am with some light speed<br>
4 @ lunch<br>
5 after work<br>
+ weights + Core<br><br>
Can't eat like a pig if I am working out all the time <img alt="snorting.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/snorting.gif">
