<p>Did I say something controversial or are we just boring?  Where'd everyone go?<br><br>
10 moh ez recovery miles this morning.   Right calf and left hamstring a bit tight but no biggie. </p>

<p>I was happy with yesterday's race but not satisfied.  I was about 40 secs faster than last year but over a minute slower than 2009.  I think I'm on my way back to '09 shape or better.  We had a virtual race against Portland, ME running club yesterday and I was looking at their times.  Their master's time was a 50-54 age runner and he ran mid 21 for a 4 mile race.   I've got some serious work to do.   If I can get back down to the 22's I'd be right in the middle of the fight of the high school and young college kids.  Man would that be fun again.</p>

<p>Got my Christmas lights up and we're suppose to have a chance of light showers today?   Late November and it's 83 degrees here today.   Last night the weather guesser told us we are over 20" behind in rain this year.</p>

<p>I think they're all stuck in mall traffic or something.  Was thinking of starting the weekend thread a bit early, and didn't want to post until I actually did something.</p>

<p>Took an hour in the gym at the end of work and got in some hip/ab/hamstring/calf/glute strengthening after a mile TM w/u.  Should have gone outdoors, as the temps today hit 16°C, but I'm doing my LR early tomorrow, so held off.  Would have been overdressed in SS and shorts!</p>

<p>Had to work, so no run.  56°F today, probably a record high for Thanksgiving in the 20 years I'ved lived in Oregon.....Plan on running both tomorrow & Sunday.</p>
