Hi all....welcome back Ks....we were floundering without you.............any good camp stories to share??

Nice wildlife run Heme...you & rip certainly have some low RHR's!!! at best, mine is somewhere in the low to mid 50's.

Went into town and ran 11.6 miles 1st half mostly downhill, 2nd half mostly uphill. Since most of my running is in the woods, on trail, under canopy, even 75-80°F on asphalt with no shade raises my HR from 125-130 to over 140 for the same effort. Well, that's my excuse anyway.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting Fortunate One. He has family in Portland & down in my area as well. Got to visit for an hour and half or so. Seemed like 15 minutes. He even has a better Hal Koerner (our local elite ultra runner) story than I do. Like the rest of the "invisible people" from here, RA, or CR I've met, he's great in person. Hope to get a chance to see him again. Maybe he'll let me be one of his pacers, when he gets selected for WS100.

Hi TW

ETA: Hey Orange Mat......I've heard NJ described as a jungle before (amongst other things), but this may be taking it to an extreme
