I have a Gmail account - but it integrates way too much in to other google functions and can be a real pain to switch between the gmail accounts.

I need to create a generic account for a work project - and don't want to use gmail or hotmail. It's been awhile since I've looked - can anyone recommend an alternative to Gmail?

Thanks much!

I have a Yahoo account I've had for years for everyone I don't want to have my regular account. It works pretty well, including their spam detection abilities.

Can't say I've ever had any complaints about Yahoo.

yahoo. My address uses "ymail". But, it's just for friends so not like I'm trying to look professional or anything. Only problem I've had is sometimes facebook stuff gets in the spam folder. Otherwise, no issues.
