QUESTIONS

1. Why do you run?
I've run for every reason out there. fun, weight loss, social....It's become a part of me.
But it's about setting a goal and seeing the finished product. With life on a continuum, it's hard to judge, "how am I doing?"

2. What is your greatest accomplishment?
I don't know, I haven't done it yet. Ask me when I'm 80.

3. What is your motto/theme song?
Life is about making some things happen, not waiting for something to happen. (I'm trying to make it mine)

4. How do you deal with bad runs?
whine. not too bad. I seem to find a silver lining of something good in every run or race.
Sometimes it's a "man, I can't believe I got my butt over the finish line"

5. Do you reward yourself for good runs? How?
no. the finish line is the reward

6. Who do you admire most?
my husband and people like him, that can succeed in life with a real shitty foundation.

7. What is the greatest advice you have ever received?
no matter what happens today, you are still the same person tomorrow

8. What do wish you had learned younger?
it's okay to make mistakes and it's okay to fail.

9. What do you wish you could do but can't?
serious, yet ditzy
11. What do you wear running? favorite outfit?
don't think too much about and it's obvious sometimes when I show up for group runs with two different shoes, tights inside out. fogot to put my shorts on and went to take my tights off for a race.
12. What has been your favorite race?
San Antonio Women's 5k. It's a true fox-runr moment. With the finish line a 100 yards away, straight and into the chute, fox-runr catches a glimpse of yellow caution tape and takes a quick right, and hears people calling her name and thinking they are cheering for her . Then fox-runr hears "Sue, turnaround" . A year later, fox-runr runs the course as a warm-up, but doesn't matter and she got to follow the media truck. The local news reporter remembers the fox-runr gaff from the year before. This was the first episode of "wrongway sue", not the last.
13. Do you have a goal race right now?
