<p>I haven't been to <a href="http://villarisrestaurant.com/" target="_blank">Villari's</a>, but the DE one closed [according to a PS on the show]</p>

I've watched them all.<br><br>
The one in DE was whacked. The owner, later, tried to say that the supposed mouse dirt was capers planted by the production crew.<br><br>
While I realize that things can be faked in reality shows, there was no way that things could have been faked so badly at that place. It's sort of a shame that they did such a nice job on the place, and it went right back to the way it was, it was a waste of money. The owner is a hoader.<br><br>
But, Food Network got their advertising dollars, so I guess they don't mind that much.

Ok...I know I'm responding to my own post...<br><br>
Irvine/Summers/FoodNetwork/whoever DEFINATELY got some email. Irvine is so "touchy feely" now. he's hugging people, saying "I'm here to help you", "I can't let these people lose their dream", blah blah blah.<br><br>
Not that I'm complaining, but, it's funny the difference.<br><br>
I still enjoy the show.

<p>I like Restaurant Impossible.  We have a similar one up here called Restaurant Makeover, they do the design $$$ differently though, the owners can put in a dollar figure and the television show will match the $ up to 15,000 so if the owner puts in 15,000 the show puts in 15,000 and the designer has 30,000 to work with.</p>

<p>I think the chef guy on Rest. Impossible still has his little temper tantrums though.</p>
