tw, you're still moving and raising your HR. So you got that going for you. Hang in there, buddy.

30 minutes on the elliptical. This was some new-fangled contraption that allows you to modify your gate and even convert to stair stepping. Didn't like it. I'd get into a good rhythm and then suddenly it would take over and change the motion. And even at resistance level 1 it seemed more challenging than I was ready for. Going back to running tomorrow.

So that was shakin' in my world today.

On the treadmill at 8:40 am. Started a little slower than yesterday but went quicker after that to get in 8.5 miles in 65:45 at 2% incline. 900 ft elevation gain.

My new training plan this month is to run at 2% incline on the treadmill and increase the pace a little. Instead of one hour everyday, the goal is to run 8.5 miles each day to bump up to 60 miles a week.

Hi TW! Hi Mike!

My best friend decided that the weather was as good as it was going to get for her 8 hour drive home, so took off this morning instead of camping out with us for another night. DH was quite happy that he didn't have to entertain her while I went for my run. 6.4 miles of hills.......... were in much better condition than they were on Monday, but the wind going the initial 3 miles north was brutal. Wasn't complaining though about the strong tailwind thru mile 5's long uphill!

Greetings, Masterfuls.

Three miles here. Temps were around 40 at sea level, but apparently quite a bit cooler not so far above -- I was met with a light but steady snowfall after Mile 1.

Good runs, all
