Well, it wasn't real flat bread that I made, but, I just bought some flat bread wraps. Someday I'll so that.

Oiled them up (just a little).

Sliced some moz thin.

Sliced some tomatoes *FROM MY GARDEN* thin and did a chiffonade for the basil *FROM MY GARDEN*, about a tablespoon of balsamic, let them all sit for about 10 minutes. Oh yeah, a little garlic powder too, but crushed garlic would have made it better.

Fired up the grill.

Then put everything on the flat bread wrap, slap it on the grill, close the lid, wait 4 minutes.

What I got was a nice thin crust, cheesy mess with real tomatoes I had just picked.

Since there are 5 people in my family, everyone got one small piece, someone (don't remember who) got two pieces. Then my daughter begged me to make another one.

10 minutes later, another pizza. Couldn't have been easier.
