Morning all,

Nice runs so far this morning. I met up with my group for our regular wed morning run. We had a special gues this morning, a local runner named Erica ??? (didn't catch the last name) but I've seen her at local races. She's trying to qualify for the Olympic Trials at Chicago this fall. The women's B standard is 2:46. Yeah, she want fast runner. So, our pace (7:40ish) was an easy run for her. Anyway, kinda steamy conditions, I managed 7 miles.

Theia - our wed morning run starts @ 5:45. Usual distance is 8 miles, typically done by 7 or shortly after. Plenty of time to get showered and get to work.

Houston:

Yes, I'm in. Pacer is in too. And, Wade + 3 others from my local training group are in as well. I think I can manage to have my worlds collide.
Pacer merged his local Cincy crew with the 30s group at the 2010 Boston marathon after party, so that should work for me too.
