No catchy title, but whatever.

I decided not to run this morning because my hip and calf were a bit tight after chasing those girls last night. I'll try to go after work.

So here's what I recall about Houston from yesterday and today:

Anyone else? It's 8 months away... plenty of time to prepare...

I arrive at work at 7:30am every morning for the last 12 years. And back in college, I never shied away from classes at 8:00am (or even earlier) when most of my friends would sleep in until 10:00. So I've always considered myself a bit of a morning person. But I won't wake up at 4:30am to go for a run! The earliest I'll get up for a run before work is 5:45, maybe 5:30. And then it'd never be more than maybe 3 miles. And even those kinds of runs are rare for me. You people really impress me with your 4am runs lasting more than an hour...

I did a decent hill run this evening of 6.8 miles. It'll do.
