Hi all

I can't claim the fish and company line for myself. My mother is a bit of a philosopher and has a saying for practically everything life throws your way.

Sorry to hear of the back & foot problems rip.....hope they can heal up quickly. You seem to have been doing a lot of what sounds like hard work lately.

HappyFeat - You CERTAINLY do belong in the same league. We all do what we can, some have better genes that others, some of us are injury prone, but we at least get a pat on the back for putting forth the effort, unlike the other 99% of the population, unable to get off the couch. I think the "average runner", whatever that is, runs something like 20-25 MPW. In the 3 months I've been doing the monthly mileage thing, you've been around 30 MPW, so see, you're an above average runner.............BTW what does "massage tx" mean? Is that a medical abbreviation?

I "planned" on running this morning, but felt really tired & sluggish when I got up. Besides I didn't want to maybe twist an ankle or something and miss out on my chance to take the MIL to the station.......day's not over yet.

Where's Irunmike been lately???
