<p>I'm going for the double today also but on the eliptical. Just got done with an hour at a moderate effort. </p>

<p>Probably done running for a while as I irritated a disc in my back doing a roofing job over the weekend and I have tendinitis in my foot. The back injury was from when I had an accident a few years ago and it comes back every so often. Once it is irritated, the pounding of running makes it worse. The last time a couple years ago, I had to take 6 weeks off but I don't think it is as bad this time. </p>
