Hi, new to the forum transitioning from Coolrunning since I've only been there 10 weeks. I have my final C25K run tomorrow after work. I'll probably be posting in the "Masters? section since I'm 52 this year! I've been running befor (4 marathons, numerous 1/2, etc) but was sidelined 10 years ago with gout and I'm just getting back into it.<br>
I think I'm just running for fitness this time and I'm not really looking to race. I would like to get my long run up to 5 or 6 miles though. I'm looking for the right follow on program. C25K has been good to me but I like to run for milage vs time.<br>
