<p>NOW ... I have to start running regularly again and get the most serious training ever in over this winter  ... YIKES ... I think dg1 should volunteer to be my overnight pacer, bwahahahaaa ... I know how much he loves trailrunning!</p>

<p>Massenutten Mountain Trail 100  .. a very rocky and treacherous race in George Washington National Forest in Virginia mid-May  ... it'll be an interesting event to try for my first 100 miler, haha.</p>
