Good day all.

After 70+ days in Afghanistan, and over 36 hours of traveling back home I finally made it home and went for a ride outside. It was a late night, getting in at 2am and I was up to see my son off to school at 6:30am. Not much time to sleep. I had to push myself to get out there and ride. The struggles of traveling for so long and then the lack of sleep, it was tough to get out there. But well worth the effort. It was nice to be out of all the dust in the air. I decided to keep the ride somewhat short for a little over 14 miles averaging 19.2 mph.

Thanks everyone. It is great to back. It is even better to actually eat off real plates and use real silverware. It is the small things.
