<p>Got in 5.25 mi yesterday - much better run than Wednesday. For some unfathomable reason, the front of my quads became real sore yesterday. Didn't do any squat workouts or anything, and I don't get that type of soreness from running, unless I'm doing some big time downhills (which I wasn't on the Wed. run.) If anything, maybe a swim tonight - that usually leads to a nice quality sleep for me.</p>
