<p>Plus classes taught, weights lifted, yoga poses practiced, etc. I'm doing something tomorrow, but I'm not sure what. Most likely, I'll get my long run done tomorrow (10 miles), so the other totals will be unaffected. If I hold off on my run until Sunday, the bike or swim total will increase. Not too bad, overall. I'm surprised the swim total isn't a little higher, but otherwise I'm pleased with the year. </p>
